454 ASPARAGUS. -~Large abdomen of children, with glandular swellings. — ~Ulcers over the umbilicus. Stool.-*Constipation, also with pains in the bowels.*Tenesmus, as in dysentery, with burning and pressing in the anus and rectum. —-ODiarrhca at night, or after eating and drinking; *attended with tenesmus; *with vomiting; *twith colic; with excessive debility; *with thirst; *alternating with constipation.-*Diarrhcea consisting of bile and mucus, mixed up with undigested food, attended with frequent vomiting of mucus, distended abdomen, frequent crying and drawing-up of the extremities. —~Diarrhcea during dentition, ~during smallpox. —*Inflammation of the rectum. Windpipe. —* Cough: caused by a constant tickling in the windpipe; *after drinking; *dhuring exercise, with dyspncea; *during a walk in the cold air; *in the evening, in bed, or at night; *hacking, with pain in the chest as if excoriated.~Dicfcult expectoration; ~scanty and frothy; *consisting of blood-streaked mucus, ~also with burning heat in the whole body. —Periodical turns of cough.-*Stoppage of breath when coughing. -. ASA FETIDA. (See Jahr, p. 51.) Chest.-*This remedy restores the proper secretion of milk of otherwise healthy nursing females, after it had gradually diminished. ASARUM EUROP]EUM. (See Jahr, p. 54.) Eyes. —Jerking pains, with vomiting and lienteria, after operations on the eyes. ASPARAGUS. General Symptoms.-Anxiety with palpitation of the heart and ill-humor. Sentient Sphere.-Vertigo in the forehead. Head.-Pressure in the forehead, downwards on the eyes. -Heaviness of the forehead. Eyes.-Stinging and creeping in the eyes. Nose.-Coryza, with slight dryness and swelling of the inner nares.-Profuse catarrh, with aching pain above the root of the nose extending across the forehead to the sinciput. Face.-Pale face.-Burning of the cheeks. Mouth.-Diminished secretion of saliva.-Spitting of blood. -Nasal speech.
