EIPtlIORBIA OFFICOIARUM. 179 Sentient Sphere, —Vertigo, as if one would fall sideways. Head. -Stitching headache. —Bruising pain in the occiput. Erysipelas of the outer head. Eyes. —* Ophthalmia, -with itching and dryness of the lids and canthi.-~Chronic ophthalmia.- Smarting lachrymation and nocturnal agglutination of the eyes.-A good deal of gum in the canthi. —Dimness of the cornea.-Dimness of sight.-Short-sighted.-Diplopia. Ears.-Otalgia in the open air. Nose.-Suffocative biting in the nose, up into the brain, with profuse discharge of mucus. Face.-Erysipelatotts swelling in the cheeks, with yellowish vesicular eruption and boring-digging pains. —White swelling of the cheeks. —Burning in the face. Teeth. -Aching-stitching or screwing pain in the teeth, worse when touching them or when chewing; or when commencing to eat, with chilliness and pain in the head and malar bones. —Breaking off of the teeth. Mouth. —Dry mouth, without thirst.-Ptyalism with shud. dering, inclination to vomit and griping in the stomach.-Salt saliva. Throat.-Burning in the fauces down to the stomach, with heat, anxiety, trembling and waterbrash.-CEsophagitis. Gastric Symptoms. —Taste flat, rancid, bitter. —Desire for cold drinks. —Empty eructations. —Hiccough. Stomach. Pain in the stomach as if smashed.-Relaxed stomach with sunken abdomen.-Contractive cardialgia.Griping and griping-tearing in the stomach.-Burning in the stomach and pit of the stomach. —Gastritis. Abdomen.-Constrictive colic. - Spasmodic, flatulent colic, with pressing pains fiom within outwards, or from below upwards, mostly abating when leaning the head, knee or elbow against something.-Empty feeling in the abdomen.Burning in the abdomen.-Tearing in the groin as if luxated. Stool.-Urging to stool, with itching of the rectum. -Papescent diarrhoea, with tenesmus, burning at the anus, sore pain in the abdomen. Urine. —Urging to urinate, with scanty, difficult emission of urine, drop by drop. —~Hernorrhage fiom the urethra? Male Parts.-Tearing-stitching in the glans.-Voluptuous itching of the prepuce.-Tearing in the testicles.-Burning of the scrotum.-Constant erections without sexual excitement.-Discharge of prostatic fluid Catarrhal Symptoms, —Sneezing without catarrh. Windpipe. -Dry, hollow cough, owing to a burning ticklineg in the windpipe and ehe.t.-Dry cough, day and night.
