RRYONIA ALBA. 87 Chest and Respiration.-'Breathing dificult or short, quick and anxious, or Omoaning. —*Short breath.-Oppression of the chest, with stoppage of breath. —Paroxysms of *asthma, Oat night, ~with stitching pains in the abdomen and urging to stool. —~Frequent desire to draw a long breath. — Pressure at the chest, as from a load, with oppression.-Contractive pain in the chest, caused by cold air. —Tension in the chest, when walking. —*Stitching in the chest and sides of the chest, as from an abscess, especially when coughing or drawing a long breath, obliging one to sit up, ~or to lie on the back, aggravated by motion. —*H-eat and ~burning in the chest, with anguish and oppression.-~Pleurisy, typhoid pneumonia, especially of old people, and after the ineffectual use of Aconite.-~Hydrothorax? —Sensation as if the contents of the chest were loose and would descend into the abdomen.*Palpitation of the heart, 0frequently very violent and with oppression of the chest. —Carditis? —Induration of the nipples? —oFull, turgid breasts of lying-in women.-0-.Milkfever with rheumatic pains in the breasts. Trunk. —Pain in the small of the back, like a painful stiffness, not allowing one to stand erect.-Pain in the small of the back as if bruised (during rest).-Crampy-contractive pain over the whole back.-Burning and drawing in the back.-Stitching in the back and small of the back.-Stitching below the left scapula, as far as the heart, aggravated by coughing and drawing breath. —Pressure on the shoulder, with stitching when drawing a long breath. —*Rheumatic stipbess and tension in the nape of the neck and neck.-Red spots on the sides of the neck.-Red rash on the neck, with biting itching. -Sweat in the axillee. Upper Extremities.-o Tearing in the shoulder-joints and upper arms, with tension and stitching, and shining-red *swelling of the parts.-Drawing through the long bones of the arms, down to the tips of the fingers.-~Convulsive jerking, spasmodic drawing and shaking of the arms. —Burning pain and weariness in the arms.-*Constant trembling of the arms and fingers. —*Swelling of the arm round the elbow-joint.Stitching in the elbow and wrist-joints, with heaviness of the hands.-Red rash on the forearm. —*Pain as if sprained in the wrist-joint, when moving it. —Nocturnal inflammation of the dorsum of the hand, with burning pain. —Swelling of the hands.-Numb feeling in the palm of the hand.-Stinging pain in the fingers when writing.-Hot, pale. swelling of the finger-joints.-Jerking of the fingers when moving the hands.
